HR Flexible Retainer

Our HR Flex Retainer is our most popular program because it gives you, the client full control.  You decide when you need us and what you need to be done. Our capabilities to all areas, tactical and strategic in the HR areas of employment, safety, talent and development.  Our flex plan allow clients to create aggressive service performance to fully upgrade their People Operations, or to space services at a slower pace and upgrade over time.  During busy periods, clients may even pause services without penalty.

 

This program requires a minimum engagement of hours per year to be distributed based on the needs of the client with mutual coordination with your Primary HR Consultant.

 

You will be assigned a Senior level Primary HR Consutant for your personal interaction, site visits and partnership.  We will support your HR Consultant with a full team of HR experts and specialists, including Legal Advisors, HR Generalists, Safety/OSHA, Recruiters, Payroll, Training and more. 

 

Deliverables include consistent advisory, auditing and surveys, project development, program rollout and program management at all levels throughout your organization. 

 

Total HRO - Fractional HR Department 

Small and Midsize firms may not want or need to hire an expensive HR Team to support their everyday HR programs. In such cases, we encourage our clients to retain us to be their HR department on a part-time basis.  Our experienced team can perform all functions in HR from Core Payroll processing to Recruiting, and New Hire On-boarding to advanced services, such as Employee Investigations, Wage and Compensation development, Learning and Development, COVID management, Organization Development and DEI programs and everything in-between.

 

This program requires a minimum engagement of hours per week for on-site/off-site services to be performed by one or multiple part-time HR Professionals, without the need to hire them on payroll.  Our fractional clients will also have the resources of you own Primary HR Consultant and a full remote support team and advisors based on the needs of the client.

 

Like all programs that we offer, we will support your HR Consultant with a full team of HR experts and specialists, including Legal Advisors, HR Generalists, Safety/OSHA, Recruiters, Payroll, Training and more. 

 

Deliverables include all hands-on performance of all HR duties - All!  Full partnership with company leaders and employees, program updates, advisory, program implementation and program management.

 

Single HR Projects 

Your company has a solid HR department and the day to day HR practices are in place.  However, adding a major project to their plates could create problems, delays and lack of resources for successful implementation.  We bring 20 year plus, HR veterans with the support of highly certified (and licensed) experts to complete your major projects, one at a time.

 

Common projects include single or combinations of Policy and SOP updates, Wage and Rewards programs, Job Descriptions, Training series, Employee Surveys, Recruitment projects, Safety audits and development and much more.

Fresh Start Program

The Fresh Start Programs is our recommended package for every client to receive an unbiased review of your People Operations with Business Alignment.  We review everything in you company that touches or is touched by people and evaluate for functional soundness and legal compliance. This program includes a comprehensive Employee Survey to discover the strengths and weaknesses as perceived by employee trends.  We develop and action plan to provide a true fresh start for our clients, followed by monitor, adjustments and measurements.

This program may be provided as a single project or part of one of our popular retainer programs.

 

Learning and Development Series

The Learning and Development Series (LDS) is a custom package of training modules for firms that understand the importance of a well trained, highly skilled team.  The program largely focuses on the development of your supervisors, but also includes employee modules.  Our methods include a blend of LMS online training, followed by Instructor-led in person (or webinar) training with real world business applications. Our goal is to fully prepare your workforce to thrive in all possible workplace scenarios.  With over 300 modules to consider, our Consultants will gain a full understanding of your company needs and will package those modules to achieve your goals and objectives.
