Workforce Consultants was founded in 2009 by Greg Wilson and Don Dressler
Greg is a life long HR Professional. Prior to a HR consulting career, he served in a variety of HR roles, including Vice President of Human Resources for Start-ups. Mid-size and Large Fortune firms. Greg is now the CEO of Workforce Consultants and leads a team of expert HR Consultants and Specialists
Don is a licensed Employment Attorney and expert in Safety and OSHA. Prior to HR Consulting, Don practiced law as a top leader managing and developing attorneys. He also was CEO of Large Corporations. Don is now our trusted Employment Attorney and Safety Expert that we continue to retain to this day.
We have assisted nearly 200 clients in almost every industry and every size, including Manufacturing, Restaurant, Retail, Financial Services, Insurance, Bio-Fuels Science, Higher Education, Marketing, Municipal Government and everything else. Although most of our Business supports Mid-size Clients between 100 to 500 Employees, our clients over our 10 year history have ranged in size from 5 Employees to 12,000 Employees.
